The Board of Directors of XiDeLang Holdings Ltd ("XDL") wishes to announce that the change of XDL's financial year end to 30 June is to allow the new auditors to be appointed by XDL to have sufficient time to perform audit on XDL group of companies due to the resignation of the existing auditors namely, Afrizan Tarmili Khairul Azhar with effect from 3 December 2019.

The next set of Audited Financial Statements shall make up for 18 months from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2020.
