Bonus Issue of 902,441,557 Free Warrants On The Basis of 1 Warrant For Every 2 Existing Ordinary Shares of Usd0.04 Each In XDL Held (Proposed Bonus Issue Of Warrants)

Kindly be advised that XDL’s 902,441,557 Warrants issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market under the “Consumer Products & Services” sector, will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 25 January 2019.
