On behalf of the Board of Directors of XDL (“Board”), Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the proposed bonus issue of 902,441,557 free warrants in XDL (“Warrants D”) on the basis of 1 Warrant D for every 2 existing ordinary shares of USD0.04 each in XDL (“XDL Shares” or “Shares”) held by registered holders of the Shares on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later by the Board (”Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
