The Board of Directors of XiDeLang Holdings Ltd (“XDL”) wishes to announce that Mr Ding PengPeng has resigned as a member of the Remuneration Committee ("RC") on 26 February 2018 in line with Guidance 6.2 of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
