We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 15 November 2017 (“Announcement”).

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had resolved to effect the Proposed Bonus Issue by way of capitalising the Company’s share premium and capital redemption reserve accounts.

Please refer to the attached document for further details. Sections 2.2 and 4.2 of the attached document shall supersede Sections 2.2 and 4.2 of the Announcement.

The listing application in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue has been submitted to Bursa Securities today.
