On behalf of the Board of Directors of XDL, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 894,179,400 new ordinary shares of USD0.04 each in the Company (“XDL Shares” or “Shares”) (“Bonus Shares”) on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing Share held by entitled shareholders of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”).
