The Board of Directors of XiDeLang Holdings Ltd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date, which will be notified later, for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority.

A Statement to Shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued to the shareholders together with the 2016 Annual Report of the Company in due course.
