We refer to the announcements dated 7 August 2015, 19 August 2015, 27 August 2015, 4 September 2015, 21 September 2015, and 12 January 2016 in relation to the Bonus Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of XDL, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that:-

(i)         1,347,738,911 Bonus Shares were issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue;

(ii)         181,499,212 Additional Warrants B were issued consequential to the Bonus Issue; and

(iii)        440,619,890 Additional Warrants C were issued consequential to the Bonus Issue.

The Bonus Issue will be completed with the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 28 January 2016.
