The Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 June 2015 received a notification from Mr Ding PengPeng, a director of the Company in relation to his dealing in the securities of the Company outside the closed period. The details of the dealing are appended in the tables set out below:-

This also serves as an announcement in relation to a notification received from a director in respect of changes in his interest in the Company.

*Remark : The calculation of the indirect shareholding interest of Mr Ding PengPeng after the above disposal is based on the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of 1,321,919,112 Ordinary Shares of US$0.03 each (excluding 1,000 treasury sahres) after the issuance of Employee Share Option Scheme.
