On behalf of the Board of Directors of XDL, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to establish an employees’ share option scheme of up to 15% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares) for the eligible Directors (including non-executive Directors) and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries (excluding subsidiaries which are dormant) ("Proposed ESOS").
