Kindly be advised that the additional :-
(i) 241,998,950 Rights Shares and 181,499,212 Bonus Shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue; and
(ii) 19,779,602 Additional Warrants 2012 issued pursuant to the adjustment arising from the Rights Issue
will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 27 January 2014.
Kindly also be advised that XDL’s 181,499,212 Warrants 2014 issued pursuant to the Rights Issue will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market under the "Consumer Products" sector, will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 27 January 2014.
