Kindly be advised that XDL’s 241,998,950 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 30 April 2012.

The Stock Short Name, ISIN Code and Stock Number of the Warrants are "XDL-WA", "BMG9828L1155" and "5156WA" respectively.
