Further to our announcement dated 19 April 2012 on the subject matter and pursuant to the Excess Warrant Application, XDL wishes to announce that a total number of 4,047,600 Excess Warrants had been allotted to HongPeng International Holdings Limited (“HongPeng”), of which Mr Ding PengPeng, the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of XDL has the substantial shareholdings in HongPeng.
