On behalf of XDL, AmInvestment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that as at the close of acceptance and payment for the Rights Issue of Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 16 April 2012, the total valid acceptances received were 237,218,300 Warrants, representing a subscription rate of 98.02%.

Together with the total valid excess applications received of 120,523,650 Warrants, this represents an over-subscription of 47.82% over the total amount of 241,998,950 Warrants available for subscription.

The total proceeds received from the valid acceptances and excess applications amounted to approximately RM17,887,098, of which over-subscription monies totaling RM5,787,150 will be refunded in the manner as stated in the abridged prospectus dated 29 March 2012 in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants (“Abridged Prospectus”).

The excess 4,780,650 Warrants will be allotted in the manner as stated in the Abridged Prospectus.

Details of the acceptances and excess applications received as at the close of acceptance and payment for the Rights Issue of Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 16 April 2012 are set out in Table 1.

The Warrants are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 April 2012.
