We refer to the earlier announcements made on behalf of XDL by AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) 18 January 2012, 26 January 2012, 31 January 2012, 14 February 2012, 21 February 2012, 28 February 2012 and 1 March 2012 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the earlier Announcements.

On behalf of XDL, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that the Private Placement is deemed completed following the listing and quotation of the second and final tranche of the Private Placement, comprising 4,999,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 2 March 2012.

The placement of 39,000,000 Placement Shares under the first tranche of the Private Placement was completed on 22 February 2012.
