| Working experience and occupation | He is the founder of Messrs Woon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors, and has been in active legal practice for more than 30 years, specialising in commercial and corporate litigation, in particular corporate insolvency and restructuring. He has a number of reported cases at the High Court and Court of Appeal of Malaysia.
