| This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures. The application period will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 30 October 2009 or for such further period or periods as the directors of XiDeLang Holdings Ltd ("XiDeLang") together with AmInvestment Bank Berhad and OSK Investment Bank Berhad, as the co-underwriters, in their absolute discretion may mutually decide. In the event that the closing date of the initial public offering is extended, the dates for the balloting, allotment of the ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in XiDeLang and the listing of XiDeLang's entire issued and paid-up capital on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be extended accordingly. Any extension of the abovementioned dates will be announced via an advertisement in a widely circulated daily Bahasa Malaysia newspaper and English newspaper. |
