In addition to that, our Group will leverage on the increased production capacity at the new headquarter and production
centre to step-up the efforts to secure larger OEM contracts with established global brands with thereby creating additional
stable income stream for our Group.
The increased production capacity allows us greater flexibility to adjust to the market development, whereby our Group
is well-positioned to capitalise on both the future growth in demand for our own-branding products as well as the OEM
business segment. At the same time, it also provides us with greater production efficiency in terms of shorter lead time
thereby allowing a lower inventory level to be maintained by the distributors and retailers mitigating the risk of excessive
and slow-moving inventory at the retail level.
For the distribution of ‘XiDeLang’ products, our Group will continue the authorised distributorship model as it allows us
the flexibility to extend our product coverage across the widely dispersed provinces and cities in China with minimal
administrative hassle and capital outlay. In the near term, our Group’s focus is to coordinate with our authorised distributors
to optimise the distribution and retail network to concentrate on areas with more promising returns and growth prospect.
