Ms. Ding QingYa is a graduate of the Jinjiang CEO Advanced Management Programme from Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE).

She started her career with HongPeng Footwear as a purchasing executive in 1998 and was subsequently promoted as purchasing manager in 2010. On 1 February 2017, in recognition of her experience and contribution to our Group, she was promoted as the Deputy General Manager - Procurement & Working Capital Management.

She is the sister of Ms. Ding LiHong, Mr. Ding PengPeng and Ms. Ding PengWan, the Executive Chairman, Managing Director / CEO and Executive Director / Deputy CEO cum COO of the Group respectively.

She does not hold any directorship in public listed companies. She does not have any conflict of interest with the Company. In the past five (5) years, she has not been convicted of any offence.

Ms. Zhuang QiongHua is a graduate of the CEO Advanced Management Programme from Peking University.

She started her career with HongPeng Fujian as a marketing executive in 1998 and was subsequently promoted as sales & marketing manager in 2010. She has accumulated close to 20 years of experience in the sportswear industry and was promoted as the Deputy General Manager - Sales & Marketing on 1 October 2015.

She is the wife of Mr. Ding PengPeng, the Managing Director / CEO of the Group.

She does not hold any directorship in public listed companies. She does not have any conflict of interest with the Company. In the past five (5) years, she has not been convicted of any offence.
