We refer to the announcements made on behalf of XDL by AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) on 18 January 2012, 10 February 2012, 22 February 2012, 15 March 2012 and 29 March 2012 in relation to the Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.
