The number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) is 241,998,950 Bonus Shares. The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares is 30 March 2012, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.

The Malaysian Share Registrar of XDL will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 5 April 2012, being four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
