| The Board of Directors of Xidelang Holdings Ltd. ("the Company") wishes to announce the change of its financial year end from 31 December to 30 June. Accordingly, the current financial period will be extended from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026. Thereafter, the financial year end shall be 30 June. The change is to better align the Company's financial reporting with its operational cycle and market environment. |
